A group of the Allview consortium convened on the 27th of this month in Amsterdam, gathering at HMC College to establish the foundation for conducting an impact assessment of the Allview project. During this meeting, a comprehensive analysis was conducted, reviewing all activities undertaken thus far and assessing the outcomes achieved.
Over the upcoming months, an elaborate matrix developed by the leader of quality assurance will enable each partner to perform detailed evaluations of their respective project work packages (WPs). These evaluations will involve the establishment of specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) tailored to the unique aspects of each WP.
In essence, this ongoing initiative is geared towards ensuring the high-quality execution of project activities and ensuring the long-term sustainability of the project as a whole.
