How to present your poster
Dimensions and format
Posters must be printed and brought to the conference by the authors.
The maximum size for posters is 130 cm high by 90 cm wide (51 inches high by 35½ inches wide).
Pins for mounting the posters will be provided.
Use a good mix of words, pictures, and graphics, but avoid excessive text.
Ensure your poster is readable from 2 meters away.
Since the conference will be conducted in English, ensure that your poster is also in English. Your poster should clearly present the results and conclusions of your project.
During the poster session, authors need to stay near their posters. It’s a good idea to provide small envelopes for distributing your business cards and for collecting cards from those interested in more information. You might also want to have copies of a brief summary of your presentation available for attendees.
For presenting a poster please fill in the registration form
